A new kind of city: closer, walkable, and built around everyday life.
Neo Cities Vision Studios is a small, vision-led studio working on the next generation of walkable districts — places where housing, food, healthcare, learning, and public life live within a short walk, not a long commute.
Current status: early design, research, and partnership-building. No land sales. No mega-city hype. Just careful groundwork for a real place.
Contact Neo Cities ↗What Neo Cities is
Neo Cities exists because the world doesn’t need bigger cities — it needs closer ones. Cities where you know your neighbors. Where your child’s school isn’t 20 minutes through traffic. Where the doctor, the market, and the park are all part of the same daily walk.
We’re focused on one clear question: what does a modern, walkable district look like if it’s built for people first, not cars, speculation, or mega-project ego?
- Human-scale blocks, not endless highways
- Homes, markets, healthcare, and learning close together
- Public spaces that belong to everyday life, not just tourists
What we’re building
The studio is developing a prototype district: a compact, walkable neighborhood that can stand on its own and be repeated or adapted in other cities over time.
It’s not a “smart city” buzzword project. It’s a long-term, brick-by-brick effort to prove that better urban life is possible — and practical.
How we work
Neo Cities is intentionally small and lean. We work like a studio, not a bureaucracy: testing ideas, pressure-checking assumptions, and only keeping what survives contact with real people and real constraints.
- Early collaboration with local partners and advisors
- Design that respects culture and existing communities
- Financial models that aim for long-term stability, not quick flips
Stay in the loop
Right now, we’re not chasing big hype or splashy announcements. We’re doing the slow, unglamorous work that every real place needs at the beginning.
